Proel WD12AV2 WEDGE Series 12-inch 700W Peak Active Stage Monitor

The Proel WD12AV2 is a two-way coaxial active stage monitor housed in a compact, low-profile plywood enclosure. Its 12-inch woofer and compression driver deliver a frequency response of 50 Hz to 20 kHz, with a maximum peak SPL of 124 dB at 1 metre.

A 300W Class D low-frequency amplifier and 50W Class AB high-frequency amplifier provide 350W continuous power and 700W peak power. Separate limiter circuits protect each way, while analogue processing supports a detailed response and resistance to feedback.

Selectable Monitor and FOH EQ presets allow the WD12AV2 to operate as either a stage monitor or part of a front-of-house sound system. The coaxial transducer arrangement aligns the high- and low-frequency components and provides 80° angular coverage.

Designed for transport and stage use, the plywood cabinet has a black anti-scratch polyurethane finish, reinforced metal grille with dust protection, recessed connector panel and two recessed side handles. A side-mounted pole adaptor also supports stand installation.
