Power Dynamics NCBT8B 8-Inch Bluetooth 5.0 Amplified Ceiling Speaker Set - Black

The Power Dynamics NCBT8B is a pair of black, low-profile ceiling speakers comprising one active speaker and one passive speaker. Each two-way coaxial speaker combines an 8-inch woofer with a ½-inch Mylar tweeter, while the integrated Class-D amplifier delivers 2 x 40W RMS. The system has a frequency response of 60Hz–20kHz and an SPL of 92dB at 1W/1m.

A built-in Bluetooth 5.0 receiver allows music to be streamed from a compatible phone, tablet or other device, while a line input provides an additional connection option. Magnetic steel grilles create a discreet finish suited to living rooms, verandas, garages, showrooms, cafés and restaurants.

The quick-fit mounting system is designed for straightforward installation. After cutting the required ceiling openings, connect the active speaker to a 12V DC adaptor and link the passive speaker using the supplied speaker cable. Tightening the adjustment screws rotates the locking tabs against the rear of the ceiling surface to secure each speaker. The magnetic black grilles then fit over the speakers.

To use Bluetooth, switch on the active speaker’s Bluetooth function, enable Bluetooth on the source device and select the speaker for wireless audio streaming.
