Reloop Mixon 8 Pro 4-Channel Hybrid DJ Controller

The Reloop Mixon 8 Pro is a four-channel hybrid DJ controller and standalone mixer designed for digital and analogue workflows. It supports Serato DJ Pro and Algoriddim djay Pro AI, with control of up to four decks and connectivity for computers, compatible Apple devices, turntables and media players.

Jog Wheels with Track Displays

Touch-sensitive 149 mm jog wheels feature gunmetal surfaces, high-profile rims and integrated displays. Real-time visual information includes virtual stylus illumination, playhead position and elapsed or remaining track time.

Effects and Channel Controls

Four onboard FX paddles provide tactile effects control. Each mixer channel also includes a three-band EQ and a dedicated sound colour filter with low-pass and high-pass filtering.

Standalone Mixer

The integrated standalone mixer can combine digital and analogue sources, with two phono inputs, four line inputs and independent level meters for inputs and outputs. Two microphone inputs include talkover functionality and can be routed through the mixer channels for EQ control.

Dual USB Audio Interface

A 24-bit dual USB audio interface supports transitions between two laptops or an iPad. Connections include one USB-B port and one switchable USB-C/USB-B connection, with USB-C and Power Delivery support for compatible Apple devices and MacBooks.

Performance Controls

The performance section includes 16 velocity-sensitive 30 x 30 mm drum pads with multicoloured backlighting. Eight colour-coded performance modes provide access to functions including Hot Cue, Loop Roll, Saved Loop, Sampler, Pitch Play, Saved Flip, Slicer, Scratch Bank, Looper, Neural Mix and Touch FX. Availability varies between Serato DJ Pro and Algoriddim djay Pro AI, and some functions require separate expansion packs.

Serato DJ Pro and djay Pro AI Integration

Plug-and-play integration supports Serato DJ Pro and Algoriddim djay Pro AI. Serato DJ Pro provides Scratch Bank access, while djay Pro AI offers Neural Mix controls for isolating vocals, drums and instruments in real time. A controller switch can assign the EQ knobs or FX section to Neural Mix functions.

DVS and Streaming Support

DVS support allows compatible turntables and digital vinyl to be incorporated into the setup when used with the required separate expansion pack. Supported streaming services include Tidal, SoundCloud, Beatport Link and Beatsource Link, subject to internet access and the applicable service subscription.

Faders, Loop Controls and Slip Mode

The layout includes 100 mm high-resolution pitch faders, Ultra-Glide channel faders and an Ultra-Glide crossfader. The loop section has a length display bar, shift-layer controls and dedicated buttons for halving or doubling the loop length. Slip Mode allows loops and scratches to be performed while the track continues playing in the background, while Time Mode buttons switch between elapsed and remaining track time.

Metal Construction and Device Dock

The controller features metal panels, metallic-touch transport controls and an integrated docking slot that accommodates an iPhone or an iPad Pro up to 12.9 inches.

Streaming requires an internet connection and an applicable service subscription. Tidal requires a Premium or HiFi subscription, while SoundCloud requires a Go+ subscription.
