The Power Dynamics PMDA4120 is a compact 1U Class-D power amplifier designed for four-zone public address systems. Its four zone outputs each feature independent volume control, while switching power technology supports energy-efficient operation with reduced heat generation.
An automatic standby function activates after one minute without a detected input signal to conserve energy. The amplifier wakes automatically when a new signal is detected.
Built-in protection covers short circuits, overloads, high temperatures, clipping and DC faults. The PMDA4120 is suited to public address installations in banks, town halls, supermarkets, schools, hotels, restaurants, shopping centres and other public spaces.
