The Power Dynamics CX187 is a compact four-channel adapter for stage audio, lighting and recording studio applications. It connects four 3-pin female XLR sockets to a single network cable, supporting cable runs of up to 100 metres without software or drivers.
Suitable for plug-and-play multicore setups, the CX187 can transmit analogue audio or digital DMX and AES/EBU signals over CAT5, CAT6 or CAT7 cable. Its robust aluminium housing includes numbered XLR connections and an M10 threaded attachment point for a clamp or adapter.
